The Concept
Formula 1 has been the premiere motorsports championship for more than 70 years, and with it comes the prestige, notability, and status as the top division in the sport. As a personal project, I looked to bring a new look for the brand, incorporating tracks, drivers and history into the look as opposed to the current identity.

The Idea
I wanted to incorporate a less dramatic, more simplified design style to the identity. Bold colors have long been a staple piece of Formula 1, whether they are found in the on-screen graphics, liveries, team colors, driver overalls, flags and more. As well, emphasizing the drivers, tracks, and team-specific colors into the look help fans follow the news surrounding their favorite teams and drivers.
